A quick request for 5 women juggling too much

This is a message for the ladies. I am looking to speak with women aged 30 to 65 who feel busy and overwhelmed. Maybe you are juggling work, relationships, travel, social commitments, or the constant mental load. Maybe you are dealing with chronic symptoms like hormonal changes, gut issues, auto immune conditions, skin flare ups, anxiety or low mood.
