Mercy Tribe,
We are getting SO close to celebrating 15 years of Mercy Vineyard! 🎉 We're putting together a time to celebrate what God has done through this church and, most importantly, the people who have been part of the journey.
We have a few fun things planned-including some trivia, a trip down memory lane, a video, decorations, and of course, cake and food! 😋
One more way you can be part of the celebration…
As we've been thinking about 15 years, we've been thinking about all the different people and stories God has woven together to make Mercy Vineyard what it is today.
We'd love to hear yours.
Maybe you remember the first time you walked through our doors. Maybe there's a person who made you feel like you belonged. Maybe God met you in a difficult season. Maybe you found a deeper relationship with Him, made friendships that have lasted for years, or simply found a church that feels like home.
And it doesn't have to be a big or dramatic story. Sometimes the little things are the things that mean the most.
If you're willing, take a few minutes to share a memory or story about your journey with Mercy Vineyard and what this church has meant to you. We may share some of these stories as part of our celebration, but even if your story is never shared publicly, we'd love to have it as part of our 15-year collection of memories.
And don't forget the potluck!
Our regular potlucks are pretty simple-bring whatever you want and we make it work! For our 15th celebration, though, we're inviting people who have been part of Mercy Vineyard over the years, including some who aren't currently attending. So we'd love to have a little better idea of how many people are coming and what we'll have for food.
Please take a minute to sign up, even if you're not sure yet what you'll bring. It will help us know how many people to set up for and whether we need to fill in any food gaps.
We can't wait to celebrate 15 years of God's faithfulness and all the people who have been part of the story. You are part of that story-and that's what we really want to celebrate!
Living a passionate mission,
Lee & Wendy
