Some Small Stuff That Can Improve Your Day

Hey .

On Sunday, we wrapped up our "Sweat the Small Stuff" series by talking about the small stuff at work and school. I really enjoyed the series, and hope you did too.

But, we're not quite done yet.

I thought I would share with you a few small things that you can do to make each day better.

Try these:

Get enough sleep. It's great for your brain, body, and mood.

Take 5 minutes to breathe deeply. It raises your energy level and helps clear the cobwebs from your brain.

Listen to your favorite song. Another mood booster, and a great 5-minute break.

Eat a meal outside. Ever notice how food tastes better outside? Also, helps you disconnect from all the stimulation inside.

Watch a short, funny video. Laughter really is healing. Do it!

Do something nice for someone. It really does lift your spirit.

Make your bed. Start your day with a small accomplishment. You'll also get to crawl into a nicely made bed each night.

Say a prayer. Just pause, and connect with God for a minute.

Try a couple of these things for the next few days. See how it makes a difference.

What sort of things would you add to this list? Hit reply and let me know!

You rock!

See you Sunday!
