Leading with Love and Unity: Message from the Executive Team

Dear Esteemed Members,

As we step into our tenure as the new executive team of ANNS, we want to begin by acknowledging something important: we are aware that, over time, some members may have felt unheard or dissatisfied due to past experiences within the association.

While we may not have full visibility into everything that has occurred previously, we recognize that those experiences matter. They shape how people feel, engage, and participate today. It is not our intention to revisit or reopen past issues, but rather to move forward with a renewed sense of purpose, unity, and respect for every member.

The theme of this new administration is LOVE!

Our commitment is simple and clear: to build an inclusive, transparent, and responsive association where every voice counts and everyone feels loved and important. We want ANNS to be a place where members feel valued, supported, and proud to belong – and this would radiate in everything we do and encourage in this administration.

Our doors are always open, and we are eager more than ever to sacrifice, listen and action. So, we invite you to lean in with us - share your ideas, your expectations, and your hopes for the continued success of this association – together we ‘ll make lives beautiful.

Thank you for your continued support and willingness to move forward with us.

Warm regards,

The ANNS Executive Team
