hello... it's the first anniversary of a pet shop after dark, & i have a first anniversary update...
it comes with new translations, various updates, & some easter eggs (check OPTIONS...) - more info on the steam page / itch page!
as a secret just for you newsletter readers, when you open up the game you might notice that it now has new button sounds (when you hover/tap on buttons in the menu...). since this is a pet shop, obviously i wanted to use some pet sounds, so the new button sounds are recordings of my two lovely guinea pigs, as credited in special thanks 👀 i hope you'll enjoy their little squeaks!
in other news:
- a year of springs hit 10k sales on steam! thank you everyone for all your support 💜
- tiny wanderer is now in german - play it in german with all your german-speaking friends!
- douZINE#1 bundle ends in one week! pick it up while the bundle is still available ✨
also, if you haven't already, you can follow me on my other socials:
- misskey.io/@npckc (mostly japanese posts but followable from mastodon & other activitypub services!)
- bsky.app/profile/npckc.site (english posts over here!)
now that i'm done with updates for the next little while, i'll be working on Marron's Day, the new & improved full version of Marron Helps a Friend - planning to have news for you soon!
for now, i'll be waiting at the pet shop...
