APhA New Practitioner Mentor Program for the UCI School of Pharmacy Chapter

The APhA/CPhA-ASP chapter at UCI is seeking an APhA New Practitioner Mentor. This program aims to build connections between student pharmacists and practitioners in the field. It emphasizes collaboration by providing opportunities for student pharmacists to engage and work closely with new practitioners on various initiatives.
To participate in the program, mentors must be a member of APhA. Candidates must also be recent graduates, defined as those who have completed their degree within the last five years.
The APhA New Practitioner Mentor Program involves the following responsibilities:
- Collaborating with student pharmacists.
- Assisting in patient care projects, including overseeing and guiding students during health fair activities.
- Presenting at certain APhA-ASP chapter meetings.
To participate in the program, mentors must be a member of APhA. Candidates must also be recent graduates, defined as those who have completed their degree within the last five years.
