Hello ,
We are so excited to share that we are getting a new POS (point of sale) system for the restaurant, and our go live is Monday, October 27th. What's exciting about it?
- Online ordering platform (you don't have to call us, but you still can)
- Online reservation system (you can still call us for this too!)
- Multiple machines (we don't have to wait for our turn at the one machine, we can enter your order, print your bill, etc from multiple locations)
- Plus many other features that will impact us behind the scenes in a positive way, in turn providing a better experience for you, our guests.
Unfortunately this new system also means a new gift card system, so we are going into a transition stage this week.
Please be advised, as of today, you will not be able to purchase any more gift cards, until we get our new ones in (hopefully sometime next week). New digital gift cards will be available for purchase in the next few days, but not be redeemable until Monday when we go live.
Gift card redemption - we will be able to redeem any value on your card until the end of day Wednesday, October 22nd. After that, we will only be able to redeem the full amount of your gift card. If you would like to pay by gift card, and are not sure how much is available, your server will be able to look it up for you.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we make this transition.
See you soon,
