Typically we like to keep it a surprise, but we've decided to give you a sneak peak at what is being served on Thursday, February 27th at our Mardi Gras themed Mixology Showcase.
With the purchase of a ticket, you'll receive 3 high-end cocktails crafted and demonstrated by Jake from Proof Cocktails. Here are 2 that you will get to enjoy:
- Ramos Gin Fizz (features gin, lemon, vanilla, cream, egg white, carbonation, butterfly pea flower)
- Pralines and Chicory (features brown buttered rum, espresso, pecan, fig leaf tincture, demerata)
You'll also receive 4 courses of delicious eats, provided by us, Omni Kitchen + Bar. Here's 3 of the dishes that will be served:
- Jambalaya (we won't make it too spicy, and give you the option to add to it)
- Po-boy sliders
- Beignats

Reminder to those not attending, this is a private event, so the dining room will be closed to the public as of 530pm. That said, you will still be able to get takeout during the event. You can call us at 604-888-1223 to place your order.
