Hello ,
Welcome to January - the driest month of them all... booze wise that is. The weather, not so much!
The Prohibition Era was pretty dry too, unless you knew where to go. Speakeasy's became the hot spots that few knew about, and even less knew how to get in.
To end the dry spell, we are turning Omni Kitchen + Bar into a Speakeasy on Thursday, January 29th for our Mixology Showcase. The shutters will be closed, the doors will be locked, and the only way in is if you knock on secret door and have the password. Once you get in, you'll be escorted to your table, and joined by others looking to try out some amazing new flavours during our theme inspired evening featuring...
- 3 High-end cocktails
- Small cocktail demonstrations
- Q&A opportunity with Jake, the amazingly talented Mixologist
- 4 courses of delicious food pairings
It's a night you won't want to miss.
Get Early Bird pricing and save $10 a ticket until Tuesday, January 13th.
Mixology Showcase not your thing?
We've got Join the Table happening Monday January 12 & 19 from 7 - 9pm. It's an opportunity to do something different, connect with people from the community, have some great conversations, make some new friends, and play some games (if you want).
Before you know it, it'll be the Super Bowl! Every year the restaurant gets filled with football enthusiasts cheering on their favourite team to take the win. Get ahead of the rush, and reserve your table now for Sunday, February 8th.
And once again, Open Mic is running every Wednesday night from 7-9pm. If you're resolution is to showcase your talent this year, this is the spot to do it. With a small, supportive group cheering you on, it's a safe space to try something new.
Or, you're welcome to come and be the crowd that cheers them on! Who knows, the next big thing could walk through that door.
We hope you had a lovely holiday and an amazing start so far to 2026. It's going to be a great year!!
See you soon,
