Someone asked us if we could host a Martini Mixology Night, we thought it was a gin-ious idea ;)
Tickets went on sale last week, and 50% have been sold!

Not sure what the Mixology Showcase is all about?
Imagine a night out with you and some friends, where surprises for your tastebuds are around every corner.
In small groups, you'll join Jake from Proof Cocktails at the bar, while he guides you through his own creation, or a twist on a classic cocktail. During this demonstration you are welcome to take pictures or video and ask any questions you have about the world of mixology. Then you'll head back to your table with one of the high-end cocktails you just watched him demonstrate.
In-between the cocktails, you'll get to enjoy the company of friends and other guests, while you are served some delicious dishes curated specifically to meet the theme of the evening, by us, Omni Kitchen + Bar. It's rare that dishes from our regular menu make the cut for these evenings, which means you're trying a dish no-one else has.
Don't worry, just like everything on our regular menu, all dishes can be made traditional, plant-based, dairy-free, or gluten-free!
This month, the theme is Mad Men, Martini Night. If you haven't seen the show, it's set in New York in the 60's. So think 60's martinis and dishes, modernized. We'd love for you to join in by dressing in your best 60's outfit to help make the theme come to life, but not required. We're just excited to have you!

Here are the details of the event:
- Thursday, January 30th
- 7pm start (doors open at 630)
- Tickets are $75 +gst Early Bird, then regular price is $85 +gst starting January 16th
- Mad Men Martini Night
- 19+ event
- Wine and beer available for additional purchase
