We're now waving in excitement to tell you, after the summer hiatus.... it's back.
Once a month, Omni Kitchen + Bar gets taken over by cocktail enthusiasts looking for an adventure of flavours.
It’s a unique adventure month to month.
We pick a theme, then get to work creating cocktails and food pairings to bring it to life, along with the decor and personal styles of staff and guests who choose to participate.
Jake from Proof Cocktails, puts his own spin on traditional cocktails creating unique flavours you won’t get anywhere else, while delivering an engaging and informative demonstration, teaching you about the latest tips, tricks and trends to make an amazing cocktail.
In between demonstrations, guests will be taken on a culinary journey through delicious dishes created for this one night only! As with every dish at Omni, these too can be made to meet your plant-based, gluten-free, or dairy-free dietary needs should the traditional not be your style (advanced notice required).

We are excited to take you on a Polynesian Inspired journey, Thursday, September 25th, starting at 7pm.
Tickets are now on sale with EARLY BIRD PRICING, saving you $10/ticket! Prices go up on September 4th.
Your ticket includes:

- Small group demonstrations
- 3 high-end cocktails for you to enjoy
- Q&A with Jake where you can ask any mixology questions you'd like
- Cocktail recipes to try out at home
- 4 courses of delicious food pairings

The Mixology Showcase is a private event, so tickets are required and the dining room will be closed to the public as of 630pm. That said, you will still be able to get takeout during the event.
