We host a new theme every month, and we are so excited for this Italian Theme. (I feel like I say that every time, but it's so true!)
The evening is filled with:
- Small group cocktail demonstrations
- 3 High-end cocktails
- 4 Courses of delicious food pairings
- Q&A with Jake from Proof
Which all adds up to a fun night out with friends, as well as making new ones.

"I LOVE COCKAILS, SO THIS EVENT WAS ESPECIALLY FUN BECAUSE I GOT TO TRY THINGS I NORMALLY WOULDN'T MAKE OR ORDER. JAKE WAS AWESOME AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS ABOUT HOW HE MAKES HIS SYRUPS AND OTHER TIPS FOR COCKTAILS. AND OF COURSE, THE FOOD WAS GREAT TOO! HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMING TO ONE OF THESE EVENTS, THERE'S A DIFFERENT THEME EVERY TIME AND I THINK IT'S A FUN WAY TO TRY SOMETHING YOU NORMALLY WOULDN'T!"
