Welcome to Day 14. A day where I’m giving you permission to unplug from one of your usual responsibilities. Whether it’s a chore, an obligation, or a task— 🗣️take a break.
Delegate it, ask for help, or simply pause it for the day. You deserve to rest.
And, you need to practice being comfortable releasing things... we aren’t supposed to be doing it all.
Reminder: It’s okay to take a step back. You’re still doing enough.
