Good Books I'm Reading 📚
- The Comfort Crisis: Embrace Discomfort To Reclaim Your Wild, Happy, Healthy Self. I'm sure many of you have already read self-improvement books and are already looking for ways to stay physically and mentally healthy. Starting from human evolution principles, this book gives you additional ideas and shows you all the healthy behaviors we are sacrificing while living in the modern society full of comfort. It's packed with science and studies but written in an easy-to-read way, alternating narrative parts on the author's personal experience and more scientific ones. Loved this book, highly recommended!! (Spanish edition here)
- Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking When Stakes are High, offers a practical framework for handling difficult, high-stakes conversations with clarity, calm, and mutual respect. Communication is fundamental in every aspect of business and personal life. (Spanish edition here)
