📚 Business Book of the Month: Entrepreneur Revolution: How to Develop your Entrepreneurial Mindset and Start a Business that Works by Daniel Priestley 📚
- What: a guide to shifting from the outdated industrial-age mindset to a more agile, entrepreneurial way of thinking, covering fundamental principles of building a business. You can also find some good interventions of Daniel Priestley in podcasts like "The Diary of a CEO" or "Deep Dive with Alí Abdaal" which I often listen to.
- It's for you if: you're an aspiring or early-stage entrepreneur looking for mindset and strategy guidance, and you are interested in understanding digital tools and global trends to build a business (or you just enjoy reading about it).
- Key takeaways: a lot of principles we follow for our work and professional life are a result of how we studied at school, but there are other ways of approaching problems. You don’t need a huge corporation to succeed; lean, agile businesses that solve specific problems can be very successful in the current interconnected society. You need different products for different stages of business growth and customer engagement.
