The Fire Years is a transformational retreat for women 40+ at Frenchman's Cove, Jamaica, October 30 to November 2. It's four days by the ocean with women who understand, guided by me, with Paul Hamilton (bodywork) and Calvin Mitchell (International Master Drummer).

You won't be handed a checklist. You'll be given room to rest, to release what you've carried, and to come home to yourself.

Shared occupancy is US$2,500. A US$500 deposit holds your place, and monthly payments are open until October 15.
