Hi !

I’m writing this on the darkest day of the year in the northern hemisphere. I’m not the kind of person who has bad years or even bad days, but I have to say…2023 kicked my ass. It’s hard to point at one cause and I won’t bore you with an exhaustive list, but a lot of things went down in my personal life and many of my big plans were derailed.

But rather than getting caught up in regret over neglected friendships, postponed adventures, and unwritten stories, I’m trying to be grateful that every day going forward this winter will be a little bit lighter. A little bit longer, with a little more time for me to do the things I want to do. I hope you're feeling that way about the future, too.

I did some planning for 2024 last weekend, and I’m pretty excited about what’s ahead. I have included some realistic goals and some wild fantasies, for sure. Basically, next year is for fulfilling my promises and indulging in some of my weirder ideas. I’m so grateful that you’re along for the ride!

NEWSLETTER-EXCLUSIVE GIVEAWAY

To show my gratitude for your presence, I’m giving away a set of all six Warrior Kings of Alioth stickers to one newsletter subscriber, including the unreleased ones for books 5 and 6!

Some options >>

The final Warrior Kings of Alioth book (Lena/Lyro, villain gets the girl)
Another sweet, small-town stalker monster romance like Snowed In with a Dragon
An angsty marriage-of-convenience to a Nightborn lord (think Regency vampire alien who's not allowed to bite his tasty human wife)
A Salt Planet Giants special edition (or maybe a brand new story?)
Cute alien rom-com novella with a Ghudi hero. Or a giant centipede hero? Or both stories?
A swoony fated mates saga with a monstrous alien hero and tons of language barrier, breeding, secret baby, betrayal, and galactic-size second chances…
Something else?

Reply with your answer any time this weekend, and I’ll draw a winner on December 26!

(Don’t want to wait to win? You can get a sticker set via my Etsy shop now…Through December 31, I’ll send all six if you order the set of four through this special link!)

WHAT'S NEXT?

Sparked by Starlight (Warrior Kings of Alioth Book 5) is coming February 29^th!

Delphie and a certain very grumpy king are teaming up to search for our perpetually missing Lena. Oh no, what will they do, stuck in a cave together with nothing else to occupy their time? Well, if you’re Nik, you'll desperately try to control yourself because you definitely don’t want to trap your amazing fated mate on the shittiest planet in the star system. Good luck with that, buddy.

You can preorder Sparked by Starlight or add it to your KU wishlist here >> https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CPNW2R1Q
