I have changed the Sufi class time this Friday, November 4 to 8:30 am PST to accommodate the time change in Europe that occurred last weekend. That's 11:30 am EDT.

The class is for 90+ minutes. Please give yourself some extra time between this class and other meetings as you will likely feel very different at the end.
It is better to eat a light breakfast or wait to eat until after the class. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, and have a cover nearby in case you get cold.
