Dear Crystal Friend,
This is not quite the usual newsletter update...
No new crystal amulets from Spirit Carrier store this time.
I just quickly wanted to let you know of my participation in the *MAKE100 project at Kickstarter* This project just launched a moment ago, and whilst the pouches will arrive to their new keepers physically empty, you can be sure that I have poured huge amount of love into every single one ♡
I'll show you some photos below :)

Also, as the year's first month comes to end, the Part 2 of the 'Crystal Circle' exercise is below, but first I'll re-cap for those of you who might have missed it. You still have time to do this for your year ahead!
In Part 1, my last newsletter outlined this exercise:
- Choose a space where you have a table top, optionally a piece of cloth on which you'll soon arrange crystals, and a few good minutes of peace.
- Gather together a minimum of 13 crystals - or all that you own...!
- Out of all that you have collected in front of you, without any thinking or conscious choosing, just take 12 crystals and arrange them in a circle, placing one crystal at each clock position. So you'll end up with a circle of crystals: one on top at the 12 o'clock position, one at 6 o'clock position, one on the left at 9 o'clock, one on the right at 3 o'clock, and two crystals between each of these positions, marking the remaining clock positions.
- Now just sit and look at your circle of crystals, and if any of them seem like they need to swap places, do that now. Like, would the crystal at 12 o'clock be better at 6 o'clock? Would the crystals at 4 & 8 o'clock be better if they swapped places? I don't know - but you absolutely do. NOTICE how it feels to know. It's like when you arranged the furniture where you live. Why did a piece of furniture end up in the place where it did? It just felt right. Or maybe it was the only place where it fitted like that. Use that same effortless, natural knowing when arranging the crystals in your circle now. You may even be happy with the original positions, who knows? (You do!) Just make sure that once you've done this bit, you're happy with how the crystals settle in your circle.
- Your circle will now receive a centre crystal. If you originally gathered 13 crystals, use the last remaining one that isn't included in the twelve clock positions. If you gathered more, pick one of those and place it in the centre of your crystal circle.
- Take another look and connect with this circle anew now that is has a centre crystal as well. Test this, just for the sake of feeling into your intuition: swap the centre crystal with the crystal at 3 o'clock. How does that change the feel of it all? You don't need to find words for the change, simply note it. Test with a few more clock positions, bringing one to the centre and placing the centre crystal at the clock position. Are you having almost a physical sensation now, reacting to how it feels when the crystals change position? You now know where each one is to settle... You know which crystal needs to be in the centre. Trust that knowing.
- Sit with your crystal circle for a while, noticing what you notice about all of this. If you can't leave your circle in place for too long, take a photo of it.
Part 2 is very simple:
- If you still have your Crystal Circle in place from earlier, centre yourself and then run your hand over the circle. Notice the movements your hand intuitively makes. Are you circling your hand over the crystals in a certain direction? Test how it feels to change that direction. Note any observations of flow or resistance.
- View this Crystal Circle as a clock face. The crystal in 1 o'clock position is the month you have just lived through. You can now note, looking backwards, how the particular energetic qualities of this crystal may have appeared in your January - were there revelant themes you experiences or encountered?
- Note down which crystal is in the 2 o'clock position in your circle. That's your February crystal. What kind of support does this crystal's energy offer you in the next four weeks? Can you spot a theme for your month ahead, from what this crystal is about?
- You can list all the months with their associated crystal in your circle, and view them as giving you a glimpse of what kind of energies you might be dealing with, or if you prefer, just take each crystal's vibe as an interesting guideline of what to focus on.
- The central crystal represents you, and the over-arching way in which you are showing up in the year ahead. Compare and connect its skills and its vibe with each month's crystal, like a pair. What different sensations can you detect with each separate pair? You don't even need to verbally articulate your observations, simply let your body feel them intuitively. This will let the deeper levels of your awareness take from your Crystal Circle any information that is relevant and useful in your months ahead.
- You may like to keep the central crystal from your circle with you, maybe carry it in your pocket or place it on your bedside table.
- All these crystals will be offering their support to you in the coming year! Allow yourself to receive it ♡
Thank you again for journeying with crystals ♡
I so appreciate you supporting Spirit Carrier with your presence.
Wishing you wonders,
PS.
The now rather hefty PDF guidebook for the Crystal Caves is still at proofreading stage, because I got involved in the MAKE100 project for Kickstarter! Getting this one out to you is my priority now. Thank you for your patience!
