I've never done this in an email before, but I'm asking for a bit of help. I have a dear friend living in Florida who still needs money to pay rent by tomorrow. (Rent was due today, and she's still short.) She is recovering from a bone-marrow transplant and is unable to work as of yet. I won't get into the lack of "social safety nets" she has experienced, but let's just say that she's tried everything that's going through your mind right now. She's going to start a Go Fund Me again in January, but for December, she still needs $1100 to make her rent.
There are a lot of you, and it would all add up. So if you have an extra 10 or 20 bucks sitting around, feel free to send it her way and wish her a happy holiday! Her donation addresses are:
