This is an update on our announcement of the 2021 new release of MusicLearningCommunity.com.
DATA TRANSFER TO THE NEW WEBSITE
Please be advised that we are stopping “data conversion” as of December 18, 2020. That means that any new members, student scores, e-mail changes, and so on, will not be transferred to our new release data base.
At the bottom of this email we have details on the new structure, plans, and pricing. We will automatically transfer you to the appropriate plan. Please reach out to us with questions.
PLAYING GAMES FOR THE REST OF 2020
The website and online games will be operational until the end of 2020. We are still expecting that upon activation of our new release all monthly subscribers will need to enter their credit card information. We will provide a grace period in which this can take place.
For those having trouble playing the games because you have de-activated Flash on your computer, Puffin.com has a free trial of their app that you can use until end of year with the existing website.
NEW PLAN STRUCTURE
Existing members will be automatically set up in the new subscription plan based upon current number of students.
SOLO PLAN
If your current number of students is under 20 and you have 1 teacher, then you will have a SOLO plan.
This plan includes one teacher, and 5 student seats for $7.95 per month. You can have up to 19 student seats on the SOLO plan. Each additional student is $0.80 per month. You can not add additional teachers to the SOLO plan.
ENSEMBLE PLAN
If you have 20 or more students on your account, you will be on the ENSEMBLE plan.
This plan includes unlimited teachers, and 20 student seats for $19.95 per month. There is no limit on the amount of student seats you can add. Pricing for additional student is set in blocks of 5 at a time for $1.00 per block per month. Special pricing is available if more than 120 student seats are needed. Please contact us for details.
Schools will automatically be set up as ENSEMBLE subscribers. The ENSEMBLE plan has flexibility for single or multiple teachers, and can set admin responsibilities and roles flexibly as needed.
MONTHLY AND ANNUAL PAYMENT PLANS
Monthly subscribers will be able to add or reduce the number of student seats at any time and the monthly charge will be automatically pro-rated. Annual subscribers will be able to add student seats, with the charge automatically pro-rated.
