Hi ,
Thank you for being part of this sacred space. Whether you joined us live or are catching the replay, I honor your presence in the Sacred Chakra Circle.
Our Week 1 focus was the Root Chakra — centered around [Grounding, Creativity, Personal Power, etc.]. This energy continues to support you as you deepen into your own awareness and healing.

“The Energetic Switch-On”
- Morning practice: Visualize each chakra as a glowing traffic light.
- Begin with red at the base of your spine.
- Flick the light on. Feel your body shift.
- You are no longer in sleep mode.
- You are energetically online.
Let the meditation, teachings, and affirmations anchor you deeper each time.
If you had any insights, questions, or feedback from this session, I would love to hear from you. Just reply to this email.
You are doing beautiful work — one chakra, one breath at a time.
With reverence,
Roz the Oracle
