Hello,
Today we launched our Empathy Gym, where people can go every week, multiple times a week to deepen their practice and understanding of NVC, connect with others, improve their communication, relationships, and ultimately their lives.
And you're eligible to join because you have completed one of my intro trainings. I want to make sure everyone in the Empathy Gym has a basic skill set of NVC and Empathy to meet my and your needs for learning, growth, support, safety, and connection.
When I started working in NVC 10+ years ago I could never envision myself getting to where I am today in my journey. I say it almost every day, but it’s like there is some sort of divine intervention that keeps connecting the dots to move me forward on this initiative and I’m so grateful for it.
And today is just another step in that direction.
In The Empathy Gym You Will
- Have access to 5 (and growing) sessions a week where you can practice NVC skills.
- Join a community of like-minded individuals who are bringing more connection and safety into the world and encourage your growth.
- Practice receiving empathy: Feel lighter after learning to trust, open up and be vulnerable with others about our struggles and insecurities.
- Practice giving empathy: All your loved ones will thank you and you'll thank yourself as you feel more connected to others than ever before, even in triggered situations.
- Systematically level up your skills through deliberate, action-based practice so that you can be ready to teach or act in live settings.
- Bonus: Have a chance to become a facilitator in The Bigbie Method and make a career or side hustle out of bringing greater connection to schools and businesses.
This is the community and structure I wish we've always had to help people level up in their NVC skills and connect so that we can continuously grow this into the world and create a difference. Make the world a safer, more connected, peaceful place one conversation at a time.
