Hello!
We are launching our third Intro Training Cohort of the year the first week of August, and it is open for enrollment now!
The first two have sold out so if you or someone you know is interested please feel free to share and let them know to sign up soon.
In This Course You Will Learn
- How to create emotional safety by using needs rather than blame and judgment
- How to help others experience being heard and experience being heard yourself through empathy for others rather than other conversational responses
- How to create connection from conflict, instead of disconnection by using silent empathy and the NVC dance floor
- How to get clarity in your communication through using observations and feelings rather than evaluations and thoughts
- How to get your needs met through requests rather than demands
- How to find calm and compassion when you’re triggered by using WAIT and self-empathy
It’s the culmination of my 10+ years working in NVC and more importantly, I think you’re going to learn a ton from it. This is everything I wish I had learned in the beginning to get myself up and running in NVC. And now I’m sharing it with you…
I’m really excited for this cohort! We are just finishing up our second ever cohort in this format, which started back in May, and it’s been an “awesome” journey with some “great” people.
I'll tell you more about it in a couple of days but wanted to let you know so you could sign up before it fills up.
Hope to see you in the course!
Cindy
P.S. Here's the link again to sign up
