Dear Member,
Subject: TV Opportunity – Cannabis Grow House Regeneration & Fully Funded Refurbishment
We have been approached by a UK television production company that is currently developing a new series focused on transforming former drug dens and cannabis grow houses into sustainable, refurbished homes.
They are seeking a landlord whose property has recently been used unlawfully as a cannabis factory or grow house, resulting in damage.
If selected, the production company has indicated that they would fund the refurbishment works required to restore the property so that it becomes fully relettable. The filming would document the regeneration process.
At this stage, this is for a pilot episode only and is not yet confirmed for broadcast. The production team would initially require access to the property for a short filming session with their presenter.
This may be of interest to any member currently dealing with:
- Significant damage caused by cannabis cultivation
- Electrical rewiring issues
- Structural damage from humidity and extraction systems
- Extensive mould or damp due to illegal grow operations
- A property currently uninhabitable or requiring major works
If you believe your property may be suitable and you would like to explore this opportunity directly, please contact the producer:
