The notice period for Section 8 and the section 21 Notices changed on the 1st of June 2021.
The new prescribed notices can be downloaded from our service page.
The section 21 notice for Wales is not a prescribed (not a Form 6A like England). You can download the Welsh section 21 notice on the service page should you require it.
The new notice period, however, does apply to Wales too.
