All landlords should have a Will in place; if not, you have access to Will templates. These are specifically drafted for landlords.
These, like all documents, are available for all memberships at no additional cost.
Even those landlords who do have a Will in place are likely not to have side letters. Side letters are increasingly important. Please review them and use the ones that are most suitable for your situation.
