Hi Dear ,
Let’s talk about something we often skip.
Not the therapy.
Not the routines.
Not the “what to do next.”
But the beginning.
That moment.
When things didn’t go as expected.
When the diagnosis came.
When everything felt uncertain.
You may not talk about it anymore…
but it shaped you.
And in many ways, it’s still sitting somewhere in you.
This Week’s Focus: Healing From Your Child’s Birth & Diagnosis Experience
You’ve done your best to move forward.
But healing is not the same as moving on.
Sometimes what looks like:
• Constant worry
• Feeling overwhelmed easily
• Second-guessing yourself
…is actually unprocessed emotions from the beginning.
This week is about becoming aware of that.
Not to stay there —
but to understand it so it stops controlling how you show up.
What To Do This Week
Start gently:
• Think back to that moment — what did you feel?
• What did you not have the space to process then?
• What are you still carrying now, even silently?
• Give yourself permission to feel it without rushing past it
You don’t need to “fix it” immediately.
You just need to acknowledge it.

Topic: My Thrivers Ambassadors Journey
Time: 7:00PM (WAT)
Today’s session is not just teaching.
It’s real parents sharing:
• What their journey actually looked like
• What they struggled with in the beginning
• What helped them move forward
Because sometimes the clarity you need comes from seeing:
👉 “Someone else has been here… and found their way through.”

You’ve done well.
But you deserve more than just coping.
You deserve to feel grounded, clear, and supported in this journey too.
And that starts with giving attention to the parts you’ve been pushing aside.
With you, always
