Happy Wednesday ,
We are currently seeking 200 people at One City Church to complete our annual church survey. This survey will play a critical role in determining the strategic direction in the year ahead.
If you consider One City Church your home church, please complete the questionnaire so that we can measure our church’s health in six key areas of focus: worship, evangelism, fellowship, discipleship, prayer, and ministry.

This survey will take roughly 10-15 minutes to complete and will have a GREAT impact on the upcoming year. Once we've hit 200 responses, the survey will close.
