A new sales tool does not automatically create a stronger sales team.
People still need to know how to research an account, prepare for a customer conversation, ask better questions, and decide what deserves their attention. They also need managers who will coach them, give them honest feedback, and help them keep learning when the work feels uncomfortable.
That is the focus of my conversation with Brooks Mattice, Vice President of Sales and Partner at MFC Group.
Brooks has spent more than 25 years across semiconductor, electronic systems, EMS, passive, and electromechanical markets. He has moved from field sales into leadership, and he is now helping MFC Group build a stronger sales organization across 20 states.
