Here is Ben's email that was sent on 15th June:
Hi all,
On behalf of the committee, I am glad to share the final details for the concerto masterclass at Bedford School next weekend. Thank you so much to you all for agreeing to play.
Please aim to arrive by 1.40pm latest. We would like the orchestra to be seated and ready to play by 1.50pm, with the masterclass beginning at 2pm promptly.
We are playing in the music school building at Bedford School, as we have done in previous years. If you enter from De Parys Avenue, it is at the back of the school (head towards the Chapel).
There is some limited parking at the De Parys entrance, otherwise it is possible to park on De Parys Avenue itself.
The dress code is smart casual.
We should be finished by around 4pm.
The programme is:
De Beriot: Scene de Ballet
Mendelssohn: Violin concerto (1st mov.)
Lalo: Symphonie espagnole (1st mov.)
