Happy November, Readers!

November is such a great time of year to pause and remember what we're thankful for. Our family has a large white board at our house, and on November first I wrote "I'm thankful for" and have left markers out for family and friends to add things each day. The list already ranges from helpful friends, to family, to pizza on there and the month has just begun. This year I'm so very thankful for the support of my family and friends near and far (and all of you!) as I published "Emma's Hero," my first book. Last month I had the opportunity to meet with a group at a local church to talk about my journey and it was so fun! I'm always happy to talk with your group or join a book club meeting. In our family, it's been a very busy month as two of my daughters perform in two different plays. My son is in full swing with basketball. We are still enjoying my daughter's marching band season, my little one's gymnastics and all the normal school stuff!! Never a dull moment. Keep reading for a gift Idea, book suggestions and more. Make sure to scroll all the way to the bottom for this month's giveaway winner, and to sign up for next month's giveaway.

I've been busy reading lots of great stories this month :) If you're looking for a book recommendation, perhaps one of these might be your next read (All can be found on Amazon).

Love Calls the Shots by Deb Allard - If you're looking for a sweet romance with a bit of a Cinderella feel and lots of twists and turns along this way, check this story out. It definitely made me smile.

When the Wildflowers Bloom Again by Donna Jo Stone - If you love deep stories that tackle tough topics, definitely check this story out. It doesn't shy away from the hard and the writing is so beautiful the characters feel real. This story releases on November 15, but you can snatch up a Kindle Version for only $0.99 right now!

The Rom-Commers by Katherine Center- Oh this book. I so enjoyed this one, and laughed so much. And true to all Katherine Center books, there's more than just laughs to her stories. Note: for those sensitive to explicit lanugage, this book does have some, especially in the beginning.

Before We Were Us- Loooved the premise of this book. Have you ever wondered if you lost your memory if you'd fall in love again? You've got to give this book a read.

Next month's giveaway will be a copy of "Faking Christmas" by Cindy Steel. I read this one last year and, to date, it's still the funniest book I've read. I plan to read it again this year, it was that good! If you'd like to sign up for the giveaway click the button below.
