Russian legend tip for bigger arms

Quick tip:

I'm at the gym, training arms. It's a weakness of mine, so I prioritize them.

But I have a secret weapon. A simple and effective way to grow them bigger:

Train them first in your workout... and then again at the end. This method, used by legendary Russian powerlifting trainer Boris Sheiko, helps you rack up more volume and a stronger training stimulus.

You can ease into this without increasing your total workout time too much. For example, if you usually start with 3 or 4 sets of dumbbell curls, try doing 2 sets at the beginning and 2 sets of cable curls at the end. This way, you get a varied stimulus and better results, with more recovery between sets.

Over time, it's a breeze to add a set at the beginning, and then another at the end.

I'm doing this with my arms today, but you can apply it to any muscle group you want to work on. For example, women often train glutes at the beginning and end of their workouts.

Just open any workout in the app, scroll down, and tap add exercise to select your exercise. The app will remember your selection for all future workouts.

Thanks for choosing Dr. Muscle.
