Beta tester Seppo shares a tip I'm trying out:
It's called Ecalating Density Training (EDT). It's a method where you aim to increase your volume by doing as many sets as you can of two exercises in a specific time frame.
It's like a long superset or ARMAP set (if you're familiar with Crossfit lingo).
Here's a simple example for biceps and triceps if you wanna try it out too:
1. Pick a weight you can lift about 10 times
2. Do biceps curls 8 or 9 times
3. Do triceps extensions with the same dumbbells over your head 8 or 9 times
4. Keep alternating between biceps and triceps with minimal rest, reducing reps each time until you need a short pause
5. Do as many as you can in 10 minutes
Aim to increase your total workout-to-workout.
EDT has more to it, but its strong suit is that emphasis on progress and volume. It really puts the focus on getting it done, improving, and getting out of there.
It gives you clear, simple targets -- a proven recipe for success.

In Dr. Muscle, it's easy to do. You just open 2 exercises, set a timer for 10 min, and save your sets as you go.
I think you'll be surprised at how effective this can be. Let me know how it goes.
