One of the things I used to think when I was beginning my coaching journey was that you needed to be completely transformed and "perfect"!
That's really a myth! What you need to be is 2-3 three steps ahead of your ideal client. Plus still being in that journey of your own transformation helps you to understand where you clients are coming from more deeply.
