Who wants to live forever?


This week, research emerged once again that humans have the capability of living to 150. This isn't new - in fact, I felt inspired back in 2021 reading this article from Scientific American.


I love knowing I am no longer middle aged, but a sparkly one-third of my way through this glorious


We can change our destiny. And exercise plays a fundamental role.


It is never too late to change. One of my favorite stories is of Joan MacDonald, now a Lululemon star and global fitness influencer who at 70 - suffering from multiple chronic health conditions- began her journey.


Embrace strength training.


Adopt a healthy diet - and research has shown once again that one diet reigns)


Live a life with purpose and gratitude.


This week, it will be 42 years since my father died of a heart attack at the age of 41. Heart disease and high blood pressure are genetic markers I am consciously fighting daily with my fitness program and my healthy lifestyle.


We can't always change what might be coming for us.

But we can do our best to help our body live to 150
