Pillars

  1. Sleep: If you are struggling with sleep, please reach out. The single greatest things you can do for your sleep are: Set a morning routine and an evening routine, follow the 3-2-1 rule (no food 3 hours before sleep, no work 2 hours, no blue light 1 hour) and EXERCISE. If you need extra support, I have a sleep consultant available.
  2. Exercise: 150 minutes weekly. Moderate to vigorous heart rate Zone. Since we began the program, I have already created more than 15 workouts - from cycle to bands to 10-minute workouts.
  3. Nutrition: Stay the course. Beyond the cookbook, you also all have EDIT access to this fantastic Google Spreadsheet filled with recipes to try. If you find a recipe, feel free to add it!
  4. Meditation: The Healthy Six profile is here. Add me as a friend
  5. Connection: We have What's App, the portal and if you have an Apple Watch I can connect with you and cheer you on!

Krista Znebel, RHN, BA

What FOUR supplements should every Canadian be taking? Why are protein, fat and fibre so important?  What’s the relationship between our gut and our physical and mental health? How do you know if you need a deeper dive into gut health?

Join us for an engaging and inspiring conversation about gut health and the supplements every Canadian should be taking

Krista graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and completed her undergrad at the University of Western Ontario in Urban Development. She spent 8 years as an urban planner working in the Toronto condo development industry before switching careers and becoming a holistic nutritionist. Her goal as a holistic nutritionist is to share, educate and encourage people struggling with chronic digestive issues, anxiety, stress and burnout to make the connection between what they eat, how they think and how they feel both mentally and physically.  She shares real life experiences and teaches clients about the changes she's made in overcoming her own digestive issues and struggles with anxiety.

Krista loves everything about food- including shopping, tasting, baking, cooking and eating. She loves to spend time outdoors, especially at her family cottage and spends her spare time reading, gardening, hiking, cycling and practising yoga.
