I know it's last minute but I am sending this out to everyone who wants a second dose of the Meditation workshop that Daphne put on last month, and we did it last year as well.
Tonight's is purely online.
Daphne has been such a blessing, she is also a registered counsellor so the lens she approaches these teachings. which personally, I feel its more potent.
But also, the secret to a workshop is all the extra time you get with the teachers to answer questions!
