If East Vancouver is within your reach, we invite you to join in on Thursday evening Yin Classes for a gentle way to wind down the week and settle in for a relaxing evening at 730PM for 75 minutes of Yin Yoga with Andrew Fredericks, E-RYT200 and active President of Karma Teachers.
The sliding scale for each class is $12-25. We have 2 spots available for anyone needing financial assistance, please email [email protected] to claim one. Space is limited, located at 2645 East Hastings (Green Room Yoga)
