Hey , Happy New Year! 💙 📚
Happy New Year 2022! I wish you health, love, happiness, and BOOKS! Lots and lots of amazing books. May you never run out of great things to read 😊
Do you set reading goals for your TBR, or do you have any bookish new year resolutions? I didn't set a reading goal for last year, but I think I will this year. It'll be fun to track my progress on Goodreads! Do you participate in the Goodreads Reading Challenge?
I'm currently deep in edits for The Deathday Chronicles. I can't wait to share Liv's story with you. It's really taking shape and the details of the world just keep coming! I also hope you've managed to download and read The Hacker. It's my way of saying thank you for your patience and to tide you over before the release of Book 1! 😊
New Release
In other bookish news, I have a surprise new release! My story was featured in an anthology called Hellhounds. It's a collection of stories about (or featuring) dogs. All proceeds from the anthology will go to help Erada, an 80-year-old lady, who is at risk of losing her home. You can read Erada's story on her GoFundMe.
My story is called The Golden Curse, and it's about a golden retriever on a quest to restore balance to the universe. And save his fluffy duck. It's a fantasy that can be described as The Secret Life of Pets X Percy Jackson. It's a fun tale that features a duck falling through the many realms, portals, and Greek mythology!
If you crave sci-fi, then I recommend the story Hellhound Inked by Kate Pickford, and for Post Apoc, I recommend Escape From New York City by Stephanie Mylchreest. There's something in Hellhounds for everyone. And just look at that cover! Blue is my favorite color, and I'm a massive dog person, so it's truly a perfect cover for me 💙

And if you're looking for even more fantasy and sci-fi books with incredible worldbuilding (my favorite part of the plotting process!), click here or on the photo below!
Happy reading, and until next time! 💙 📚
