It’s been a while 

I trust you are doing well 

I hope life is kind to you 

I have been pretty busy with continuos education

I recently acquired a Diploma in PR, Digital Marketing & Content Creation from the prestigious Delyork Academy.

I came here to share an important message with you 

“As long as the earth remains, seed time and harvest time will never cease” 

These words have been a comfort for me in many seasons 

It has helped me reframe my thoughts whenever I feel my results are delayed 

Do you feel that way?

Do you feel like you deserve more?

Do you feel like your harvest should already be here?

Don’t get weary because I can assure you that your harvest will surely come 

“Sow your seed in the morning, and at evening let not your hands be idle, for you do not know which will succeed, 

whether this or that, or whether both will do equally well". 

In my business I send out proposals weekly, I post content daily on several social media platforms, I use paid ads on facebook, I make cold calls, I reach out to my network to introduce me to potential clients and more. My point is I am consistenly sowing seeds to grow my business.

Some harvest happens immediately, some take a bit of nurturing and some go cold. But every week I repeat the strategy, (sometimes I tweak a little) to reach new clients.  

I shared for my business, let me talk about your health. 

If you want your harvest to be a strong and healthy body then your SEEDS must include:

• 70% whole food diet
• Intentional movement i.e exercise 
• Taking time to rest your body 
• Managing stress

Whatever harvest you are expecting, make sure you are sowing the CORRECT seeds and as long as you do, be confident your results will come.
