Strong work doesn't mean clear signal

I ran my own portfolio through the 60-Second Portfolio Fit Check GPT.

Got BORDERLINE.

Not because the work was weak.

Because the signal was mixed.

Three years ago I hired 3 designers.

1 junior.

1 senior.

1 lead.

200+ applicants.

50 portfolios screened in 90 minutes.

I moved 3 forward.

The other 47?

Not bad designers.

Unclear placement.

My portfolio now does the same thing.

Shows strong work.

But sends mixed signals.

Product designer.

Educator.

Coach.

Mentor.

All true.

All real.

But when a hiring manager has 60 seconds?

They ask one question:

"Where does this person belong?"

Multiple identities create one problem.

Placement uncertainty.

And uncertainty stops conversations.

The GPT caught this in 60 seconds.

Same filter I used three years ago.
