The thing that's holding you back isn't what you think

The thing that's holding you back isn't what you think

Good afternoon, ,

I hear it all the time. When I ask what's holding people back, they tell me:

The truth is that none of these things are actually holding you (or anyone else, for that matter!) back.

It's fear.

People are afraid of losing money. They're afraid of how they would pay their bills. They're afraid of how they can make ends meet if they change any part of their pattern.

This means that their subconscious brain is working exactly as intended. It isn't designed to make you successful. It's not there to keep you happy.

It's primary purpose is to keep you alive. And since you're doing a pretty good job of staying alive right now, your subconscious assumes any change is a threat, and it treats it accordingly.

But change isn't threatening. And it's the only way to leave what you don't like and move into what you want.

Trust yourself, and take a step.

Let's do this!

Ken

P.S. Just for fun, do something uncomfortable today to prove to yourself that it's not dangerous. I'll do it, too!
