Hey .
I hope you had a wonderful Independence Day. Now that the neighbors have stopped igniting explosives into the wee hours of the night, my cat can calm down.
Last Sunday, we kicked off our six-week series, "New Identity. New Life." It's a walk through the rich blessings found in the book of Ephesians. My hope is that you grow to love the book of Ephesians and learn to believe all that God says about you.
This Sunday will be interesting because I'll be putting on my thinking cap and breaking down three Greek words for you. They have the potential to change the way you see Ephesians, even if you've already read it several times.
But, whether you've never read the book, or already read it several times, I would love if you would read it along with me over the next twelve weeks.
It's only six chapters long, so here's what I'm going to do. This week, I'm reading chapter one. Next week, I'll read it again. The following week, chapter two, then again, and so on. The repetition will help us catch things we missed, and get God's word to sink deeper into our hearts.
