As proud Canadians, we've decided our next Mixology Showcase will honour us being True North Strong and Free! It's the perfect time to celebrate our Country, Canada, and all the amazing things we have to offer.
Join us as we take your tastebuds through a culinary journey filled with delicious dishes and cocktails for a one of a kind event event, as the theme always changes.
Jake from Proof Cocktails is a Mixologist that puts his own spin on traditional beverages, creating his own syrups and flavour profiles you won't get anywhere else. He will walk you through the process of making three high-end cocktails in small demonstrations, and give you the recipes for each one. Take the knowledge you've gained from the evening home to impress your friends.
The team at Omni Kitchen + Bar will design and serve four courses of delicious dishes specifically to match the theme. These are dishes you typically won't find on our menu. That said, sometimes we have a dish that works perfectly for the theme....such as poutine, a beloved Canadian dish. We aren't saying our poutine will be one of those dishes, but we aren't saying it won't. What we will say though, is every dish can be made to meet your dietary needs. So whether you prefer plant-based, dairy-free, gluten-free, or as it is, we've got you covered, just the the snow's got the Rocky Mountains.
So if you love cocktails, learning about cocktails, eating lots of delicious food, and hanging out with some great people while celebrating Canada, then you should definitely join us for the next Mixology Showcase.
