Hi ,

Can you believe it's already three weeks into 2026? I certainly can't. This whole working five days a week thing seems to make time disappear super fast. My first goal of the year is to try and get my book edited so that I can release it in February, but I must admit that I had a few good editing days and then it waned over the last week. This means that I have to buckle down and get it done so that I can put it up for pre-order.

The book I am working on is part of an apocalyptic series called, "Resurrection Hour." I started working on this story a few years back and almost finished writing book two during Nanowrimo a few years back. That's how long this book has been sitting in the confines of my computer. I won't give too many details away this month, but I will release the whole first chapter in my next newsletter in February.

I will say this though, if you like stories of the undead mixed with romance, then you should enjoy this series. I've always enjoyed post apocalyptic movies and books, so I figured why not write something that I enjoy and see if a couple can find romance when the world is crumbling around them. What would they be willing to do to save the one they love?

Stay tuned...

xo,

Patricia Elliott
