A woman doesn't arrive at this moment by accident. She gets here after decades of carrying, giving, fixing, holding on, and being the one everyone leans on.
And now she's standing at the edge of the water, barefoot, quiet, facing the horizon. For the first time in a long while she isn't rushing toward anything.
The sun is going down, and it can look like an ending. It isn't. It's the moment before everything shifts.

The Fire Years is four days at Frenchman's Cove, Jamaica, October 30 to November 2, for women ready to stop just getting through this season and start stepping into it.
There's ocean, rest, bodywork with Paul Hamilton, and rhythm with International Master Drummer Calvin Mitchell; There is Rapid Transformational Therapy and Art Therapy. There is time to breathe, relax, no rush, wind down. I'll hold the space, and you'll be in a circle of women who understand.
