A young woman visits an island where humans are manufactured. What she discovers sets off a revolution—and changes the definition of life itself.

Adapted and directed by Matt Phillips, R.U.R. strips away mechanical clichés to reveal the human heart at the center of the world’s first story about artificial intelligence.
