This summer has been a wonderful time of ministry and growth. In this update, we are going to introduce you to some people that we met during this time. Over the summer there were new additions to our family as well as to the Family of God. Here they are.
First of all...
Baby Emma is here! She was born at 2:50 AM on August 1. She weighed 3.6 kilo (7 lbs. 15 oz.) and is 55 cm (21.6 inches) long. Praise the Lord, Emma and Dina are doing well! We are still adjusting to life as a family of four. Eddie likes being a big brother, especially kissing Emma on the head and trying to comfort her when she cries.
The next person we will call "D." D came to our sports camp and he really liked to speak English. Seth met with D a few time during the camp just so he could practice his English. During that time, they talked about many things, but always about the Gospel. On the last day, Seth gave D an English Gospel tract and they read it together. At the end, Seth asked D if he would like to pray and trust in Christ alone as his Saviour, and D said yes! Praise the Lord!
The final person we want to introduce to you is Aurelia. Aurelia is 89 years old and came to our Family Camp with her son. She needed some medical help and Dina helped her with some things during the week. As Dina helped her, she also talked to her about the Lord. By the end of the week, Aurelia trusted in Christ as her Savior also! We usually minister to teenagers, but this is a great reminder that God wants to save everyone, regardless of their age.
These are just two examples of how God changed people's lives this summer. Overall, there were 30 people who made professions of faith this summer and 22 who dedicated their lives to serving God every day!
We are so thankful for everyone who prays for us and supports us financially. We really could not serve here in Poland without such a great team. If you have not yet joined our financial support team, would you prayerfully consider doing so? We want to continue to reach Poland with the Gospel and you can be a part of this, even if you can never come here.
Praise the Lord for all that He is doing in Poland! We are so glad that we could share with you a few life changing stories from this summer. Please let us know how we can be praying for you.
