While advising members regarding tenant evictions, our legal team has noticed that members are using an older version of Section 21 (Form 6A) and Section 8 Notice (Form 3).
Although the older versions may look similar with subtle differences to the new prescribed document, the older version could cause contention at the court stage of eviction.
